  • 1–3 working days for major cities

  • 3–7 working days for other areas

  • Remote areas may require additional time

Delays may occur due to:

  • Public holidays

  • Political or regional restrictions

3. Order Processing Time

After receiving your order:

  • Orders are prepared within 24 hours

  • Orders received on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on:

Final shipping cost will be shown at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) charges may apply based on courier policy.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer COD for most products.
Please note:

  • Courier may call before delivery

  • Customer must provide a valid phone number

  • Refusal of COD orders repeatedly may result in account restriction

If the address provided is incorrect:

8. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Please record an unboxing video

  • Contact us immediately with photos/video

  • Do not accept tampered packages without checking

Claims without video proof may not be accepted.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Orders are delivered within Pakistan only.
